Our home is a Victorian villa just south of the city centre ,and great for getting around on public transport .
We have so many buses in this area that we do not need to have a timetable as you can get a bus every few minutes,to nearly anywhere in our city from here.
Our rooms all have there own bathrooms and central heating and wi-if in all rooms now free of charge .
We cook a great Scottish breakfast ,as well as serving a Continental breakfast ,whatever our guests require .

With regular buses to Edinburgh city centre nearby, No 45 offers 4-star guest accommodation and free Wi-Fi. The heart of the beautiful city is 2 miles from the building.

Rooms are elegant and traditionally furnished, and come with tea and coffee making facilities. Features also include a TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer for you to use.

There is a choice of restaurants within 10 minutes’ walk of No 45. The B&B can help with planning routes in and around the city if you would like to spend time exploring the enchanting area.
