Beautiful property, walking distance to the center but just far away enough to be quiet and outside of the hustle and bustle. Our bedroom was absolutely fantastic, really spacious, spotless and decor fantastic. The room was cleaned each day which was an added bonus! The owners are so kind and accommodating, go the extra mile for guests and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast each day was amazing. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Four great rooms set in Edinburgh city center, our property very much suits the independent traveler. Whilst we are always available, our guests can often enjoy the spaces we have to offer without interruption.
